Wayland has several Condominium complexes ranging from luxury to more basic, from complexes with fewer units to larger complexes with amenities, newer construction to older construction, walking distance to shops and restaurants to wooded views next to conservation areas with hiking trails.  There are options to fit almost any style or budget.

Craftsman Village

Craftsman Village is a small townhouse development set in a residential neighborhood with a bungalow feel.  Units have great architectural details and the only shared wall is a ten foot section of the garage so the units have a detached feel to them with no shared walls in any of the Living Spaces.  The 1st floor is an Open Concept Living Space plus a Den.  The 2nd floor has either 2 Bedrooms and Loft or 3 Bedrooms.  The Master Bedroom has a Spa like bathroom.  The units at the back have private wooded views.  Some units have additional finished space in the Basement.  Values range from mid $852s to low $975K+.

The Field at Mainstone

Glen Oak

The Hills at Mainstone

Tucked around Conservation Land, the Hills offers privacy and the expanded amenities that come with a larger complex.  Most units are 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths.  Many units have Finished Walkout Basements (some even with Baths) that add another level of Living.  Most units have Cathedral Ceilings and Fireplaces and Skylights that provide lots of light.  There are a few 1 Bedroom Units, and a decent number of 3 Bedroom units.  Many Floorplans have 1st Floor Master Bedrooms.  Some floorplans are more Open Concept than others.  All units have Large Decks with wooded views and some units offer almost complete privacy from the Deck.  All units also a private front facing courtyard.  Values have a wide range, from $650K for a smaller 2 Bedroom without 1st Floor Master to upwards of $1M+ for updated 3 Bedroom units.

River Trail Place

Stoneridge Village

Secluded feel.  Tucked into the woods next to Conservation Land.  Wooded views.  Private decks and/or patios.  Complex is unique in that there are a few detached units that provide the feel of single family homes with the benefits of a condo.  There are a few 1 Bedrooms units with Den.  Most units are 2 Bedrooms.  Some 3 Bedrooms units.  Some floorplans have 1st Floor Master Bedrooms.  Unit were built in the late 1970s so the Bedroom and Bathroom sizes are smaller than some of the other newer Condominium complexes.  Most units have electric heat pumps – updated systems can be very efficient.  The style is slightly more contemporary on the outside without lots of architectural detail.  Some units have very private outdoor area depending on unit positioning.  Very similar to Turkey Hill.

The Residences at Traditions
