Natick

Natick includes a mix of established neighborhoods developed during the suburban expansion of the 1950s through the 1970s as well as newer homes built on subdivided land in more recent decades. The town has a traditional New England center around Natick Common while also offering quiet residential neighborhoods throughout the community. Many neighborhoods are within a short distance of the MBTA Commuter Rail, Route 9, and the Massachusetts Turnpike, making Natick a popular commuting location. Natick neighborhoods tend to feature tree-lined streets, established landscaping, and a wide range of housing styles and price points. Several neighborhoods are also located near conservation land, walking trails, and parks.
